These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, hosting, domain registration and website design services provided by Data Fair Host. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Data Fair Host provides BDIX web hosting, domain registration and website design services in Bangladesh. We reserve the right to modify, upgrade or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to host or distribute illegal content, malware, spam, phishing pages, or any material that violates the laws of Bangladesh or infringes the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach this policy.
4. Payments & Billing
All services are billed in advance. Payment can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer or card. Services may be suspended or terminated if payment is not received by the due date.
5. Domain Registration
Domains are registered on your behalf with the relevant registrar. You may transfer your domain to any other registrar at any time. Please note: if a domain is purchased at a special offer price, the standard regular price will apply at renewal once the offer period ends.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider issues or events beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse. You may cancel your services at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Data Fair Host is not liable for any loss of data, profits or business resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We strongly recommend you keep your own backups in addition to ours.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
