At Data Fair Host, we want you to be happy with our services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for hosting, domain registration and website design.

Web Hosting Refunds

For web hosting purchases:

  • 100% refund — if you request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • 50% refund — if you request a refund within 7 to 14 days of your purchase.
  • No refund — after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds apply to the hosting fee only. Any third-party costs (such as domains) are non-refundable.

Domain Registration — No Refund

Domain registrations are non-refundable once purchased, because domains are registered immediately with the registrar. However, you are free to transfer your domain to any other registrar at any time.

If a domain was bought at a special offer price, the standard regular price will apply at renewal after the offer period ends.

Website Design Service — No Refund

Website design services are non-refundable, as work begins immediately and involves dedicated time and resources. We will work closely with you throughout the project to ensure you are satisfied with the result.

How to Request a Refund

To request an eligible refund, email [email protected] or contact us on WhatsApp at 01750-994707 with your order details. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card) within a reasonable timeframe.
